On 7 November, the Citizens’ Academy will hold a session in Jõhvi entitled ‘Rights and Responsibilities in Everyday Life’, centred around a practical simulation game. We will split into groups and resolve situations based on real-life scenarios. We’ll discuss possible solutions, make decisions and see where and to whom we can turn with various problems. Examples will include, amongst other things, dealing with local authorities and government bodies, as well as situations arising in working life or in private enterprise.

Olga Zubenko, a coordinator at Jõhvi Municipal Council, and Jefim Aljoškin from the Ida-Viru Enterprise Centre will also be sharing their experience and knowledge with participants.

You can look forward to two hours of practical discussion, problem-solving and new insights that you can apply in real life. The working language is Russian.
