You are warmly invited to a peer support group meeting in Narva into Estonian Language House. The meeting will be held in Russian.
WHO IS INVITED: people who have been living in Estonia for less than 5 years and are adapting to life in Estonia.
TOPIC OF THE MEETING: difficulties and barriers during the adaptation process and how we can support you in this process;
- positive experiences during the adaptation period;
- concerns and challenges during the adaptation period.
During the group meeting we will create a safe and supportive space where you can share your joys and difficulties related to adapting to life in Estonia.
We recommend this meeting if you would like to:
• listen to the experiences of others and realize that others also face similar challenges;
• receive group support, understanding and a sense of togetherness;
• communicate and share your experience in order to receive support and encouragement.
