On Saturday, 28 November, the Civic Academy will organise a study trip to Tartu, where we will visit the Estonian National Museum and meet with a representative of the Tartu City Council.
During the study trip, we will learn about Estonian culture, history, identity and national symbols, as well as discuss adaptation and integration in Tartu.
At the Estonian National Museum, there will be a guided tour, and we will explore the interactive exhibits.
In addition, we will meet with the head of the adaptation and integration field at the Tartu City Council to discuss the opportunities and experience of the city of Tartu in supporting integration.
The programme is being implemented by the Ida-Viru Youth Academy on behalf of the Integration Foundation.
The event is funded as part of project No. 2021-2027.4.07.23-0006, ‘Activities to support the learning of the Estonian language and civic education’, supported by the European Social Fund+.
