In September, guided independent Estonian language learning support groups will begin, supporting learners who study through the Keeleklikk.ee and Keeletee.ee e-courses. Regular meetings with a facilitator and other learners help maintain motivation, reinforce knowledge acquired through independent study, and provide support with questions and difficulties that arise during the learning process.
Group sessions will take place in Tallinn, Tartu, Narva, Sillamäe and online from September 2026 to April 2027.
Keeleklikk.ee support groups (levels 0–A2)
A total of 13 groups with 156 study places will be available: three groups in central Tallinn, two each in Lasnamäe, Tartu and Narva, and four online.
Keeletee.ee support groups (B1 level)
A total of 13 groups with 156 study places will be available: three groups in central Tallinn, two each in Lasnamäe and Tartu, one each in Narva and Sillamäe, and four online.
Each group will have 8–12 learners, supported by a facilitator with experience in teaching Estonian. Meetings will take place once a week. There will be 26 meetings in total, each lasting three academic hours. The total duration of the support group programme is 78 academic hours.
During the week, participants study independently using Keeleklikk.ee or Keeletee.ee. During the support group meetings, participants discuss topics they have studied independently, take part in role-playing activities and use other practical learning methods that help them use Estonian with greater confidence and reinforce what they have learned.
The support groups are suitable for anyone who wants to learn Estonian independently but needs regular support and guidance. Each group will also have a communication channel, such as a Facebook group, for sharing information and encouraging one another.
