Part I - 10:00 Training “The Path to Conscious Parenting”
A training that reveals the art of listening to and understanding your child. We welcome everyone who wishes to develop their parenting skills and strengthen their connection with their child.
At this training, you will get answers to the following questions:
● Why do you, as a parent, lose your temper in different situations?
● How do difficulties in a relationship between partners affect children?
● In what ways can a parent cause emotional wounds?
● How can a parent maintain calm?
● What does an emotionally broken child mean?

The training is part of a larger internationally recognized program Connected Parents, Thriving Kids that will help you become the kind of parent every child longs for - and the kind you once wished for yourself.
The trainer is Kristina Tamm, a clinical couples therapist certified at the highest level in the Imago method.
10:00 to 13:15 at Pärnu Museum (Aida 3, Pärnu)
Training will be held in English. If needed, we can offer simultaneous interpretation into Russian and childcare during the seminar - please let us know in advance if you would like to use these services.

Part II - 14:00 Lydia Koidula Museum and a Cruise on the Pärnu River

After lunch, we will continue exploring the topic of parenting with a short walk to the Lydia Koidula Museum, where we’ll enjoy a guided tour of the house once home to Estonian journalist of the national awakening period J. V. Jannsen, and where his daughter - the poet and Estonia’s first female journalist Lydia Koidula - grew up.
The guided tour will begin at 14:00.
Consultations will take place from 14:00 to 16:30.

We will end the day with a two-hour boat trip on the Pärnu River. During the cruise, we’ll continue discussing family-related topics in a more relaxed atmosphere while enjoying the beautiful views of Pärnu in the evening sunlight.
The boat will depart from Pärnu Port at 15:30.
Throughout the day, coffee breaks and lunch will be provided.
The event will be conducted in English.
